Frequently Asked Questions

Where are you located?

My whānau and I are based in Wairarapa, and we also frequent Horowhenua. Both of these locations are about approximately 1.5 hours from Wellington City Centre.

Depending on the engagement there may be travel required.

If travel is required, this will be at your cost unless pre-negotiated. For Facilitation and MC services accommodation will be required if travelling more than 60 minutes from our home bases.

This ensures that I can get to the venue, ready to do our best - without stressing over travelling, traffic and other things that can delay me.

Can I contact you?

Absolutely! You can reach me through the contact form on this website or via email for inquiries.

Do you work with Corporates?

Yes, I collaborate with a lot of corporates and organisations. However, I do hold a high standard and some corporates that are harmful to my communities I may choose not to work with. I will however, be upfront and inform you of this if it arises.

What is your approach?

I love to keep my working atmosphere safe and welcoming to participation. I utilise techniques through my mahi that can help reduce time extractive topics, that can derail conversations or events. I also participate in jovial quips, usually at my own expense. I work hard to ensure I am respectful irregardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, race, age, ethnicity, disability, physical appearance, body size, and/or religion.

I don't claim to be perfect, but I do work hard to ensure I am consciously educating myself around inclusive and unsafe topics that I am not directly experiencing myself.

Can I schedule a consultation?

Yes absolutely, consultations can be scheduled through the contact page on this website. We can book a 30 minute free kōrero that will kick off what mutually beneficial engagement looks like and how we might proceed forward.

How much do you cost?

Well it will depend on the kaupapa and who you are.

I prefer to start off our engagement with a kōrero, understanding each others kaupapa before diving into funds. But I also realise that is a super stressful topic to some people. I do my best to make the situation work, but also if it doesn't work out - that is ok too.
